To be added to the list of not necessarily wise but certainly entertaining things which I have done:
I have a dog. His name is Trudeau. He is possibly taller than my friend's miniature horse and his feet are the largest feet of all time. He enjoys snuggling, going for walks, and looking at llamas. (Well, everyone enjoys looking at llamas, but he really enjoys it, you know? Like in the way that college freshmen enjoy conceptual art.)
Anyway, he's settled in as if he's always been here and this weekend he's getting his little balls chopped off. CHOP! It is a joyous occasion.
I have no pictures of him. NONE. I was too busy giving him belly-rubs and subjecting him to my very poor brand of training techniques. I'll take some soon and get them posted, though. In the meantime, you may be interested to know what sort of dog he is. (Aside from the llama thing.) Well, I will tell you... that I don't have the faintest idea. It's been a lively topic of conversation with everyone I've met today, and none of us can decide, so I'll just give you all of the options: he's possibly a bloodhound, german shepherd, great dane and mastiff cross. And his grandmother was no doubt a moose.

Date: 2009-11-15 02:48 am (UTC)My mom has a German Shepherd/Rottweiler/Black Lab/??? mix. He's kind of a monster, but still nothing in comparison with some dogs I've met. One of my professors earlier this year had the hugest husky-looking dog I've ever seen.
